From the entire Boosh fandom our love and congratulations go out to Mr. Julian Barratt who is celebrating his 43^rd birthday today!

Just a second ago Dave has announced via twitter that today he became father to a little baby girl.

We would like to wish him, his lady and his little daughter all the best and we are sending all our love!

It has been a rather exciting week in the Boosh fandom so far.

As you all know Noel was as every year a guest at the NME awards presenting an award alongside Matt Berry. Absolute radio caught up with him on the red carpet and after brielfy discussing his outfit (as every year) Noel revealed that the Boosh album is ready to go and that they are still working on the film. He pointed out that it’s not over for the Boosh and they are just taking a little break after almost 15 years of working together. In that little break Julian will be doing some avantgarde theatre (was I the only one who thought Noel looked a bit cheeky when mentioning that?) and Noel will be releasing a new show on Channel 4 called “Noel Fielding’s luxury comedy”. So looking forward to that.

Further Noel will be on stage for “Let’s dance for Comic Relief” on Saturday. Rumours has it that he’s been fitted into a red dress and will be dancing to Kate Bush’s “Wuthering Heights”.

Dweezil Zappa, Frank Zappa’s eldest son, will be performing songs of his father in Camden’s Roundhouse on 6^th November and he will be joined on stage by none other than The Boosh Band.

First of all we need to appologize for the lack of updates. But we both have been insanely busy lately.
On the other hand: We are aware that you don’t really need us to get your Boosh news. In fact we rather need you crazy, lovely boosh fans to get the information for our updates.

As you have may heard, Noel is having his second art exhibition in London’s Maison Bertaux. It has the promising name “Bryan Ferry vs The Jelly Fox” and from the first shots we have seen Bryan Ferry does indeed play a major role in Noel’s newest large format paintings and installations.

If you wanna know more about the exhibition and hear the artist himself speak about his work, visit I-D Online for some amazing pictures and a lovely video of Noel showing his studio.

The vernissage took place yesterday night, with Noel sporting a mint green polka dot mini dress (oh la la) and some zombie make-up.

The 4^th series of the hilarious IT crowd will start airing at 25^th June on Channel 4. This fact alone is reason enough for us here at TVO.net to freak out, but there’s more good news to come.
There has been loads of rumors about Noel being in the 4^th series of the IT Crowd. At the Question & Answer before “The Journey of the Childmen” screening in NYC he has indeed confirmed that he will make an appearance as “Richmond” again. Only a short one, though.

Nevertheless we are excited to have our favourite TV goth back amongst this fabulous line-up.

Sadly it has been announced that Noel dropped out of the gig at the Lyric Theatre in London.

We are so sorry for all you guys out there who had tickets to see him that night. *hugs*
Don’t you worry… the next opportunity will sure come. :-)

The highly anticipated first Boosh album seems to take shape now. Noel and Julian are currently at the Electric Lady Studios in New York City recording it.
It is rumoured that it will be released in fall this year.

It has just been announced over the movie’s official twitter stream, that there will be screenings of “The journey of the childmen” in the USA; in Brookline, Massachusetts to be pricise :-)
So if you if you are near and want to see the documentary (directed by Oliver Ralfe) about The Mighty Boosh on the road during their Future Sailor Tour, make sure to catch one of the screenings.

Wednesday April the 7^th starting from 7 P.M. Julian and Noel (as well as some other cast members) set to create a booshie chaos to the store. They will be talking about there upcoming album and movie as well as there new Ipod App: The Mighty Decider.

Further he denies the rumours of his participation in “Paddington Bear” that have been floating around the web for a while now.

After his “retirement” from twitter a few days ago, he briefly talks about his motivations to join the community and gives a few hints why he eventually left it.

Rich will be appearing as Eleanor The Whore at this years Latitude Festival in Suffolk. He will be staged in the comedy area there.

Other great comedians on the bill are : Emo Phillips, Rich Hall and Richard Herring and many more.

Latitude Festival will take place the 15^th & 18^th July 2010, at Henham Park, Southwold in Suffolk.
